pesky neighbors with pesky cats

i've got to say that my neighbor is really pesky. one moment she is yelling at her grandchildren and the next moment she is yelling at her cat =.=" to make matters worst, her dumb dumb cat got stuck on the roof so that black cat have been meow-ing the whole morning. goodness me! how the hell did that cat got up there. i must say, cats are really stupid sometimes and somehow i don't blame that lady who abused a stray cat and got caught on CCTV. seriously, the government have been really unfair to dogs and yet turn a blind eye to all those annoying stray cats that multiply like bacteria on the streets! those cats are even worse than rats and cockroaches and whatever reptiles that are scary. they savage your kitchen, scratch open your rubbish plastics without even knowing what's inside to begin with, pee around your kitchen and the worst part is their fur are just so oh-so-asthmatic. just because cats are not haram, doesn't give them the right to roam around the streets. cats should be spayed as well! *neighbor sneezing with a loud scream outside* =.="
